Alan L. Miller
Chief Executive Officer
Managing Partner
Alan serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Alan spent 34 years in the wealth management and corporate banking space. Most recently, Alan founded and built Private Wealth Advisors, the registered investment adviser subsidiary of Texas Capital Bank, where he helped build the business from the ground up, building the platform and service offering, recruiting advisory teams across five Texas markets, and ultimately becoming one of the fastest growing bank-owned RIAs in the United States.
Alan previously held senior leadership roles for BOK Financial as National Banking Executive for the Private Banking operation across seven states and head of Private Wealth for Texas and JP Morgan where he ran the bank’s Dallas Private Client operation. Prior to that, Alan operated in various leadership and production capacities in corporate banking and corporate finance with JP Morgan and Bank of America.
Alan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Alan is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Christian Schools International, a global organization serving over 2,000 member schools worldwide as well as ACE Scholarships, a national organization focused on providing lower income families with scholarships to K-12 private schools as well as advocacy for school choice. Alan previously served as Chairman of the board of The King’s Academy in South Dallas and served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Dallas, The SMU Athletic Forum, Dallas Summer Musicals, Dallas Theater Center, Ronald McDonald House, and Prestonwood Christian Academy. Alan and his wife Meg have been married for 37 years and they have three adult children, Hayley, Lindsey and Jeremy and one grandchild, Millie.

Dale serves as an Investment Advisor, Chief Operating Officer, and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. As an Investment Advisor Dale engages with a broad spectrum of clients with a goal of delivering insightful and proactive investment advice across both traditional and alternative investment solutions. Dale also serves as a member of Turtle Creek’s Investment Committee where he is involved in the development and delivery of investment strategy for Turtle Creek.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Dale was an Executive Vice President and Head of Investments for Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors. Dale lives in Dripping Springs with his wife Deanna and is the proud father of three daughters, Maddie, Abby, and Lily. Dale enjoys the outdoors, upland bird hunting, freshwater and saltwater fly fishing, as well as golf.
Greg Kalb

Greg serves as an Investment Advisor, Co-Chief Investment Officer, and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. As an Investment Advisor, Greg engages with individual clients, their families, and board driven clientele with a goal of delivering insightful and proactive investment advice spanning both traditional and alternative investment solutions. Greg is also the chairman of Turtle Creek’s Investment Committee where he is involved in the development and delivery of investment strategy for the firm.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Greg was a Senior Vice President and Investment Advisor with Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors and, before that, was an Executive Director for J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Greg is involved in his community and currently serves on the Long Center for the Performing Arts Endowment Committee and volunteers with various community groups in Austin. Greg is an active member of Austin Baptist Church and is a proud father of four girls, Lauren, Marilyn, Gwendolyn, and Eden. Greg enjoys the outdoors, specifically freshwater and saltwater fishing, as well as fitness activities with his wife, Lindsey.
Ben Carter
Chief Compliance Officer
Wealth Strategist | Partner
Ben serves as a Wealth Strategist, Chief Compliance Officer, and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Drawing on more than 20 years as an estate planning attorney and adviser, Ben consults with clients about their estate planning, philanthropic and business succession goals and guides them through strategies that may achieve those goals on a tax-enhanced basis. Ben also leads the firm’s family governance practice, working with multi-generational families to enhance communication and decision making among family members about financial matters, and helping to prepare future generations for the opportunities, responsibilities and potential pitfalls associated with wealth.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from Washington University. He spent the first 14+ years of his career in private legal practice before transitioning to a wealth advisory role in the wealth management industry in early 2014, most recently with Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors.
Ben is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a past chair of the Estate and Gift Taxes Committee for the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation. Ben and his wife, Tina, live in Frisco and have four children. Ben serves as a board member for The Samaritan Inn and is a lifelong Dallas Mavericks fan.
Jack Reilly, CFA, CPA

Jack serves as Head of Private Investments, Co-Chief Investment Officer, and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Jack serves as a member of Turtle Creek’s Investment Committee where he is involved in the development and implementation of investment strategy and risk management for Turtle Creek.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Jack was a Managing Director and member of the executive team at Stronghold Investment Management, a technology-driven, vertically integrated investment manager focused on real assets and related private markets. At Stronghold, Jack led the investment team and was responsible for evaluation, underwriting, investment and risk management decisions across all fund products representing committed and invested capital in excess of $1 billion. Prior to joining Stronghold, Jack worked at EnCap Investments L.P., a $37 billion energy-focused private equity fund. At EnCap, Jack served on the boards of twelve portfolio companies and was actively involved in all aspects of management, origination, acquisition/dispositions, capital allocation, structuring, negotiations and risk management of EnCap’s investments. Jack also worked as an investment banker at Evercore Partners and in the Transaction Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he focused on M&A advisory and restructuring.
Jack graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors Program at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he received an M.S. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Accounting. He is a CFA charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of several industry groups. Jack lives in Dallas with his wife Whitney and his three children. His favorite activity is chasing his children with his wife, but he also enjoys working out, outdoor activities, reading, and travel.
Emily Clock

Emily serves as a Client Advisor and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors, engaging closely with families through all aspects of their financial lives. She prioritizes a strong relationship with her clients and aims to deliver an extraordinary client experience. She and her team work to deliver comprehensive and integrated wealth management services with a focus on investment management, tailored to her clients’ financial and wealth transfer plans.
Emily brings with her over a decade worth of client-focused financial solutions. Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Emily served as Senior Vice President at Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors where she worked with a team of banking, investment, fiduciary, and wealth planning specialists in designing and implementing customized wealth management strategies for clients. Emily began her career as an analyst for Discovery Management, a hedge fund in Dallas.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Outside of the office, Emily enjoys painting, founded a nonprofit, Giverosity, and volunteers as a CASA advocate. Recently, she and her husband Kevin welcomed their first child.
Marge Davis
Service Advisor | Compliance Associate
Marge serves as a Service Advisor and Compliance Associate with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Marge has over 35+ years in the financial services industry. She has extensive experience providing client service and support, transition and sales management, and regulatory compliance advisory services.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Marge was a Vice President and Risk and Compliance Officer in Private Wealth at Texas Capital Bank where she worked directly with the Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, she provided advisory services and oversight for client activities of Private Wealth. Prior to moving to Texas, Marge was an Assistant Regional Director for Raymond James’ Financial Institutions Division where she worked directly with banking executives, their advisors and support staff.
Marge has a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.
Marge and her husband, Lynn, live in Arlington. They are avid travelers and thoroughly enjoy learning about the historical background of the places they visit. She is also a beginner golfer.
Monica Eaker
Director of Operations and Trading | Partner
Monica serves as Director of Operations and Trading and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Monica has developed a foundation of more than two decades in the financial world. She collaborates closely with the firm’s Investment Advisors to help ensure that client’s investment implementation aligns with their objectives. Monica also serves on Turtle Creek’s Investment Committee, driving the investment manager diligence process and the execution of allocation changes. She blends her experience with both clients and systems/operations to help craft impactful solutions for the team.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Monica was an Assistant Vice President and Service Manager at Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors where she supervised the administrative team and managed the client experience.
Monica earned a Bachelor of General Studies from Texas A&M Commerce, currently seeking her MBA, and is a member of the Farmersville Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her family in their small town outside of the metroplex. Monica, her husband, and children enjoy weekends on the lake and frequent trips to the coast.
Larry Gekiere, Jr. ChFC, CLU, CEPA

Larry serves as a Client Advisor and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. In his role, Larry aligns closely with families in all aspects of their financial lives. He prioritizes a strong relationship with his clients and aims to deliver an extraordinary client experience. Larry has been a wealth management professional for more than 30 years. His wide-ranging experiences and education can benefit high and ultra-high net worth clients.
Larry’s industry experience includes owning a wealth management firm and, most recently, serving as an Executive Vice President and Head of Private Client Advisors at Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors. His understanding of investment management, banking, family governance, estate and tax planning, and risk management help Larry serve multi-generational families.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University with post-graduate studies at the American College, earning designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. Larry also completed the Securities Institute at The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. Most recently, he earned the designation of Certified Exit Planning Advisor. Larry currently serves on the Board of Directors of Frisco Family Services. Larry and his wife Kim have been long-time residents of Frisco, Texas, and have two adult daughters who live in New York City.
Richard Jackson, CFP®

Richard serves as an Investment Advisor and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Richard has over 25 years of experience working to deliver thoughtful, proactive, and actionable financial advice to families. As a member of Turtle Creek’s Investment Committee, Richard is involved in developing firm wide investment views, portfolio allocation, construction, and implementation.
Richard began his career in trading and has broad experience in portfolio management, public and private markets, and financial planning. Prior to joining TCWA, Richard was most recently a Senior Vice President and Investment advisor with Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors.
Richard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He is a member of the Exchange Club of East Dallas, a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the education of public-school children in need. He and his family are members of Munger Place Church and provide assistance to the J.L. Long Peace Pantry. Richard and his wife Maureen are proud parents of three daughters, Brinley, Ally, and Emery. When not cheering on his daughters in their respective sports, he enjoys the outdoors, cooking, playing and watching sports and a wide range of music.
Matt Kelley, CPA

Matt serves as a Tax Strategist with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Matt strives to simplify the complex tax world for his clients. Matt understands that every family has a unique tax situation so there is no one size fits all approach to a family’s tax plan. Matt works closely with his clients, the Turtle Creek team, and any outside advisors to help make sure that all his client’s tax needs are met. He is also a trusted advisor for his clients regarding the tax implications of real estate transactions and complex partnerships.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Matt was a Senior Tax Manager at Saville CPAs and Advisors in Dallas. Matt spent his time in public accounting providing compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth families and their businesses.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Taxation from Baylor University. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant. Matt lives in Plano with his wife, Cindy, and dog, Teddy. He enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Melanie Lott

Melanie is a Service Advisor with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. With over 11 years of experience in the industry, Melanie is passionate about delivering exceptional service and concierge experiences to meet her client’s unique needs while guiding them toward their financial objectives.
Before joining Turtle Creek, Melanie was a Senior Client Service Associate at a boutique firm in Dallas, where she built a reputation for going above and beyond for her clients to make every client interaction meaningful.
Melanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Mississippi State University. Before joining the financial service industry, Melanie designed several years of weddings and events for many Dallas families. During this time, she honed her skills in attention to detail and the art of making moments unforgettable with her Southern hospitality.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys travel, trying new recipes, cheering on the New Orleans Saints, and spending time with her family.
Alec Lucente
Senior Investment Analyst
Alec serves as a Senior Investment Analyst of Private Investments with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Alec is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities and executing transactions.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Alec was an Investment Analyst at Alta Fox Capital, a long / short equity hedge fund, where he focused on evaluating both public and private investments across various sectors. Prior to that, Alec was an Investment Analyst at Valentia Capital where he focused on evaluating public equities in the Tech, Media, and Telecom sector. Previously, Alec served as a Private Equity Associate at GreyLion Capital, a $1.9 billion private equity fund. At GreyLion Capital, Alec was responsible for underwriting investments, executing transactions, and managing portfolio companies. Alec started his career at Perella Weinberg Partners as an Investment Banking Analyst.
Alec graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Schreyer Honors College at The Pennsylvania State University and received a B.S. in Finance from the Smeal College of Business and a Minor in Economics. Alec lives in Dallas with his wife Jacqueline and his daughter Charlotte. When he’s not spending time with his family, Alec enjoys practicing martial arts, playing tennis, fishing, traveling, and snowboarding.
Eryn Myers

Eryn serves as a Client Advisor and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors, engaging closely with families through all aspects of their financial lives. With over 15 years in the financial services sector, Eryn blends her experience with both clients and systems/operations to help craft impactful solutions for the families she serves.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Eryn was on the Investment Committee and ran investment operations at Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors. In Houston she began her career at Doliver Capital Advisors and then transitioned to Amegy Bank where she helped manage approximately $200 million on their fiduciary platform for high-net-worth families.
Eryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech. She lives in Austin with her husband Scott and their two boys. She loves to help with her boys’ school and sports and serves on the Westlake Youth Lacrosse Board of Directors.

J. Matthew Newtown serves as a Client Advisor and Partner at Turtle Creek. With over 26 years of experience in the Wealth Management, Family Office, Trust, and Advisory business, Matt aligns closely with families in all aspects of the financial lives. He prioritizes strong relationships with his clients and focuses on delivering an extraordinary and positive client experience.
Over his career, Matt has worked to develop a team of professionals that share a passion for helping and serving people. Clients know they have a team that is on their side and can always be trusted to fiercely protect their best interests.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Matt served as Managing Director at Hightower Texas where he led Team Agape. Matt joined Salient Partners in 2002 and helped grow the business into a wealth management and asset management firm with over $17 billion in assets. In 2018, Hightower acquired Salient’s private wealth management business to become Hightower Texas. Prior to Salient, Matt was a Director at The Redstone Companies, L.P., a Houston-based investment firm. Prior to that, Matt served as an Associate in the private wealth management group at PaineWebber, Inc.
Matt earned an undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University and later attained the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Matt has served in different capacities for and supported several organizations, including The Children’s Assessment Center, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Episcopal High School Alumni Council, and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Matt and his wife, Katie, are proud parents to their three children, Nellie, Sam, and Shep. Matt enjoys spending time with family most. Eric has over 15 years of experience delivering wealth management, real estate and commercial financial solutions to families and businesses. Prior to joining Turtle Creek, Eric served as Senior Vice President at Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors where he worked with a team of banking, investment, fiduciary, and wealth planning specialists in designing and implementing customized wealth management strategies for clients.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He currently serves as a Board Member for the First Tee of Greater San Antonio, Board Member for Opera San Antonio, Past President of The Order of the Alamo as well as being actively involved with the Texas Cavaliers. He has also served as a Board Member of the Children’s Shelter of San Antonio as well as St. Andrews Church and School. Eric and his wife Elizabeth are both natives to San Antonio and have two daughters, Sallie and Rainey. Together they enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, tennis, golf, pickle ball, and traveling.
David Spika, CFA
Chief Market Strategist
David serves as the Chief Market Strategist and is responsible for the firm’s market and economic outlook. In addition, he serves on the Investment Committee and as an external brand ambassador for Turtle Creek.
Prior to joining Turtle Creek, David was the President and Chief Investment Officer for GuideStone Capital Management. At GuideStone, he ran the Investment line of business, which included the management of the GuideStone Funds, with over $17 Billion in assets under management. In addition, he oversaw the firm’s institutional investment advisory platform, and its wealth management business. He was also responsible for creating and articulating the firm’s macro-economic views to clients and prospects, as well as in the media, which involved regular appearances on CNBC and Fox Business network. Prior to GuideStone, David served as an investment strategist for Westwood Holdings Group and a senior portfolio manager for Bank of America. He has 38 years of industry experience.
David has a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a CFA charterholder. He serves on the board of Empowerment Outfitters Network, which provides deer hunting opportunities for disabled and terminally ill children. He was previously the co-Chairman of the board of Bonton Farms and has served on several other non-profit boards. He and his wife Karen have been married for 35 years, live in Dallas, and have two adult children. He enjoys fitness activities, hunting, and boating.
Pamela Talamantez
Service Advisor
Pam serves as a Service Advisor with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. In her role as a Service Advisor Pam takes pride in providing an exceptional client experience. She excels at organizational efficiency, overseeing the administration of client accounts and operational support.
As a native of San Antonio, Pam attended Southwest H.S and continued her studies at San Antonio College. Before joining Turtle Creek, Pam worked at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. Prior to that, Pam worked at Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors. Pam has over 15 years of experience in the financial service industry.
When not in the office, you can catch Pam on the golf course as the team mom assisting the Central Catholic H.S. golf team. Pam enjoys traveling with her husband Lee of over 25 years and their three children, Anthony, Samantha, and Nathan.
Marie Willars
Executive Administrator
Marie serves as the Executive Administrator for Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Marie specializes in administrative technology and is responsible for educating other employees on using progressive systems and various applications.
A native Dallasite, Marie grew up in Pleasant Grove where she attended H. Grady Spruce High School. After high school, Marie continued her studies at the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas. Before joining Turtle Creek, Marie spent 12 years at Texas Capital Bank as a Sr. Executive Assistant. Prior to that Marie worked as a Lending Assistant at Comerica Bank for over five years. Prior to that Marie worked at Bank of America as a Branch Operations Supervisor for nine years.
Marie enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community. She has been a DCYD board member and is an avid volunteer at The Stewpot and opens her home to foster kittens for the Mesquite Animal Pawtners. In her free time, Marie enjoys traveling.
Wesley Wright, CFA
Investment Advisor | Partner
Wesley serves as an Investment Advisor and Partner with Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors. Wesley is the lead portfolio manager for Turtle Creek’s Focus and Dividend Appreciation strategies. Wesley also serves as a member of Turtle Creek’s Investment Committee where he is involved in the development and delivery of investment strategy for the entire firm.
Wesley’s career includes tenures at Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors and Hillcrest Asset Management both in Dallas, Dreman Value Management in New York and the Central Intelligence Agency in Washington, DC. He enjoys giving back to the next generation of great investors and previously served as an Adjunct Professor with the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.
Wesley earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Wesley holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Dallas/Fort Worth. Wesley and his wife Aven are proud parents to Ella, Jackson, and Cooper. Wesley originally hails from the small west Texas town of Dimmitt, and faith, family and hard work are core values in the Wright family.

Previously Matt served as the Director of Business Development at Segment Wealth Management. Prior to that, Matt served with College Golf Fellowship with a specific purpose of building into the lives of collegiate and professional golfers. Matt began his career as an auditor with PwC in Houston.
Matt earned an BBA in Accounting and MS in Finance from Texas A&M University where he participated as part of the National Championship Golf team. Outside of the office, Matt serves as an Elder of Sojourn Heights Church and also served on the board of Lifehouse Houston. Matt is a proud husband and father to his wife, Kelly, and his three girls, Annaliese, Emelyn and Winifred. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as competing as a mid-amateur golfer across the United States.

Matthew B. Myers
Strategic Advisor
Dean Myers serves as a Strategic Advisor for Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors.
Matthew B. Myers is the ninth dean of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where he holds the Tolleson Chair in Business Leadership & the David B. Miller Endowed Professorship. SMU-Cox offers undergraduate and graduate degrees to around 2,500 students and has almost 40,000 global alumni.
Prior to SMU-Cox, Matthew served as Dean and Mitchell P. Rales Chair at the Farmer School of Business, Miami University. Matthew has worked and consulted with organizations in the engineering, distribution, chemical, insurance, financial services, agriculture, and pharma industries. Myers has served as visiting faculty at ESSEC-Paris and the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, has taught at the Vienna University of Economics and in other locations including Italy, Romania, Taiwan and Uzbekistan, and he has led executive education courses worldwide. Prior to academia he worked at both Merrill-Lynch and IBM-Argentina. Myers is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors & the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, & serves on the boards of King Ranch, Inc. (Chair-Audit), the Maguire Energy Institute, the Southwest Graduate School of Banking, the Mission Foods Texas-Mexico Center, Goodwill Industries-Dallas, & the Baylor Health Foundation. He also served as an advisory council member for the George Bush Institute’s Economic Growth Initiative.
Matthew is involved in several wildlife conservation organizations and is on the board of directors of the Peregrine Fund. He has teamed with thoroughbred racing photographer Sam English on short stories and photo essays about the outdoors, with their work appearing in Gray’s Sporting Journal. Matthew received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University, and a Masters of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina. He served as a medic in the U.S. Army Airborne from 1979 to 1982, primarily in Panama. Myers, his wife Gina and their twin daughters live in Dallas, Texas.

Ambassador Phillips serves as a Strategic Advisor for Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors.
Ambassador Jeanne Phillips has spent her career driving responsible corporate and civic engagement, advancing diplomacy and delivering sought after strategic counsel on international relations. She has worked with world leaders and Fortune 500 CEOs, as well as NGO’s and leading nonprofits, negotiating partnerships and alliances across the globe. From the boardroom to the oil fields to the highest levels of the United States government, Ambassador Phillips has demonstrated visionary leadership with a steady and practical approach to business and world affairs.
Appointed by President George W. Bush, Ambassador Phillips served as the United States Permanent Representative and Ambassador to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, France (2001-2003). She focused her efforts on the enforcement of the Anti-Bribery Convention of the OECD, corporate governance and reforms of the OECD for the 21st Century. She also had oversight for the acquisition of the new OECD/UNESCO Mission at 12 Avenue Rafael in Paris on behalf of the U.S. government.
Ambassador Phillips also served President Bush as Executive Director of the 54th and then Chairman of the 55th Presidential Inaugural Committees, making her the only woman to run two Presidential Inaugurals to this day. Ambassador Phillips currently serves as Honorary Consul of France in Dallas, Texas. In this role, she works to further the business and cultural relationships between France and Dallas.
Ambassador Phillips serves as Chair of the Mayor’s International Advisory Council for the City of Dallas where she helps nurture relationships between the city and international corporations, as well as foreign governments, to advance the interests of the region and increase trade between Dallas and overseas partners.
She serves on the boards of many notable organizations including the SMU Board of Trustees; the George W. Bush Foundation; Murphy USA, Inc. and Turtle Creek Wealth Advisors.
