SERVICE ADVISOR OPENING IN AUSTIN OR SAN ANTONIO

SERVICE ADVISOR POSITION

This position is critical in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth families and ensuring the seamless execution of our family office services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships and thrive in a team-oriented environment while maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as point of contact for Client or Client Advisor inquiries and requests
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients, ensuring their account management and financial transactions are handled with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with Client Advisors, Investment Advisors, and other team members to fulfill each family’s unique needs and objectives
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and organization of all client information, adhering to compliance regulations
  • Perform daily activities including money movements, transfers, new client onboarding, and account opening with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide proactive communication to team members and identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve client issues while maintaining client communication

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within a wealth management or financial services firm (5+ years of experience required)
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Experience with Schwab services or similar platforms is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a passion for serving others while delivering concierge-level client service
  • Event or marketing experience is a valuable addition
  • In-office presence required
